The programme awarded 50 full scholarships, each worth between 2 to 2.3 million VND (90.6 USD), to 50 outstanding students from the Son La High School for the Gifted and the Chu Van An Primary, Secondary and High School under the Northwest University. The scholarships consist of courses and training for competency and aptitude tests offered by the Vietnam National University - Hanoi, the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and the Hanoi National University of Education.

Additionally, delegates shared information about the competency and aptitude tests organised by the Vietnam National University - Hanoi, the Hanoi University of Science and Technology, and the Hanoi National University of Education.

Furthermore, a representative from the SSStudy education system awarded 235 full scholarships to 11th and 12^th graders at 57 high schools and continuing education centers across Son La province, with a total value of 650 million VND (25,600 USD).
