Over the past three quarters, emulation and reward councils at all levels have reformed their operations. Emulation movements have been concretised to match the implementation of political tasks of agencies and units, significantly contributing to the successful fulfillment of socio-economic, defence, and security objectives and tasks set by the province.
Attention has been paid to the dissemination work, and the reward work has been carried out in line with regulations with improved quality. Timely commendations have been given to collectives and individuals for their special achievements, or those with outstanding performance in production.
At the meeting, the council members discussed and voted to approve the list of collectives and individuals in the education-training sector nominated for State and provincial rewards in the 2022-2023 academic year. Accordingly, four collectives are expected to receive the Government’s emulation flag, three collectives and 11 individuals to get the Government’s certificate of merit, and 25 individuals to be honoured with the “soldier of emulation” title at the provincial level.
In his remarks, Khanh asked relevant agencies to further reform the emulation and reward work, step up efforts against negative phenomena in the management of public servants and public employees, and in emulation and reward activities. He also urged the agencies to give advice during the rollout of emulation movements to complete 2021-2025 socio-economic development tasks in tandem with others initiated by the Government, the Prime Minister and the province.
He also stressed the need to identify, honour and reward collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in a timely manner, especially role models in production, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle, and emulation movements launched in the province./.
