39 volunteer teams launched to support candidates during high school graduation exam

As many as 39 teams with nearly 1,000 volunteers who are youth union members of districts and Son La city have been sent to 35 venues of the national high school graduation exam in Son La province.

Such volunteers were present at exam sites very early to coordinate with other forces in regulating the traffic, providing drinking water as well as learning tools for candidates, and offering them pickup and delivery services.

During the two-day exam, all-level youth unions in Son La province will offer free of charge 3,576 lunches/dinners, 2,100 cakes, 2,002 breakfasts, 9,800 pure water bottles and soft drinks, 6,020 milk boxes and nearly 4,000 school supplies of all kinds, including pens, pencils, compasses, and calculators, worth 538 million VND (21,127 USD).

The volunteers have come to exam sites across the province to provide necessary assistance for candidates, helping them feel more confident to complete the exam.
