The effort aimed to realize a plan on developing broadband infrastructure to cover hamlets without mobile broadband.

By the end of June, 98.5% of hamlets in the province had been covered by 4G mobile broadband, 94.8% of the population had gained 4G coverage, and 55.6% of mobile service subscribers had owned smart phones.

About 38.5% of total households registered for fiber optic subscription and the rate of internet users reached 45.8%.
