The kindergarten has two branches located in Groups 2 and 3, Chieng Le ward. Every year, it welcomes nearly 500 children in Chieng Le ward.

The new building has a total investment of 6.9 billion VND (278,780 USD), including a two-storey building with six classrooms, and other auxiliary items, such as a fire protection and fighting system, a yard, and a garage.

Putting the building into use contributes to improving the kindergarten's facilities to make it meet national level II school criteria. The two branches will be merged into one, thereby creating the best conditions for school management and childcare and education activities.
