As many as 657 online public services have been integrated into the National Public Service Portal. Residents have also been instructed on how to register, activate, and use electronic identification accounts and the VNeID application for administrative procedures and civil transactions.

Over the past nine months, the fully online application rate reached 95.4%, while the rate of online public services generating online applications stood at 84%. Furthermore, the integration and deployment of online payment for administrative procedures achieved an impressive rate of 100%.
