As part of the effort, it has focused on supporting the integration of e-ID account login into the province’s administrative procedure information system, and the installation and use of digital certificates and specialised digital signatures at administrative agencies.
Since the beginning of the year, the system has provided 1,234 online public services, of them 89 partial online and 1,145 fully online. Online applications through public services numbered 118,502 (out of 124,747), reaching 94.9%. The satisfaction rate of citizens in receiving and resolving administrative procedures hit 85.5%.
