Training conference improves external information skills

The provincial Department of Information and Communications on October 30 opened a training conference aimed at enhancing skills in external information service for officials working in border areas.

The two-day event attracts nearly 70 participants, including officials responsible for websites for foreign service from various departments, agencies, and border districts.

Attendees will engage in discussions on several key topics, including fundamental issues in external information service in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and international integration; updates on regulations regarding information provision by agencies and units on portals and websites; skills for effective communication on websites and social media, and for gathering and utilizing information; skills for taking photos and use them in articles; and guidelines for designing infographics on portals and websites.

The training conference also aims to improve participants' skills and methods, enabling them to create engaging information products that meet the diverse information needs of various audiences while proactively providing and controlling access to official information sources.
