Started in November 2021, the project is implemented by a joint venture of Quynh Ngoc Joint Stock Company, Hoang Chau Company Limited, Ngoc Quyet Construction Company Limited and Thanh Dat Company Limited.

To date, the contractors have completed the construction of the roadbed and cross-road culverts, and are building the road surface and trenches. Once being put into use, the road will meet the travel and goods trading needs of farmers.
