The hypothetical situation is that at 12:15am, due to a power failure, a fire began at a packaging factory of the company in Muong Bon commune, Mai Son district. At the same time, another electricity failure caused a fire on the first floor of the office building. There were 15 victims who suffered smoke inhalation and injuries while working and participating in firefighting and rescue.

Forces of 19 units with more than 200 people, and over 20 vehicles and motorised equipment were deployed. After nearly one hour from the detection, the fires were controlled and completely extinguished.

The drill contributed to raising awareness and responsibilities of leaders of local authorities at all levels, officials, employees and workers against the risks of fire and explosion at high-risk locations, to respond promptly to fire, explosion and accidents.

On this occasion, the Mai Son district People's Committee presented certificates of merit to five collectives and 10 individuals with outstanding achievements in the drill.
