Construction on the road, connecting the K4 warehouse cluster of the Transport Platoon under Infantry Battalion 1 with the Son La city training ground, started in May 2022. Invested by the provincial Military Command, the project meets the level-B rural road standard, including a 860m road, stone embankments, fences, drainage system, traffic safety items, lighting system and security cameras. Its total investment was 12 billion VND (472,800 USD).

The project helps connect the K4 military zone with the outside, facilitating quick mobility in case of emergency, thus ensuring absolute security and safety for the military zone.
