Model launched in Son La city to promote women’s role in local development

The provincial Women's Union held a ceremony on December 2 to launch a pilot model entitled “Son La women are healthy and beautiful every day” in Son La city. Following the city, the model, gathering women online, is expected to be rolled out across the province.

 

The management board of the model makes debut in Son La city. 

The model brings together with 40 members, consisting of the officials and members of the city Women's Union. Operating under the direct guidance and management of the provincial union, the model unites women of all ages, educational backgrounds, viewpoints, ethnicities, and religions, who share the goal of promoting equality and development.

Its mission is to encourage women to contribute to bringing a peaceful and happy life to all, while spreading positive values and promoting union activities, women's movements, and essential knowledge and skills in various aspects.
