In 2023, the Son La provincial Museum coordinated with relevant units to organise 90 classes educating the revolutionary tradition at relic sites and cultural - spiritual works; and six experiential education programmes to introduce culture, history, and revolutionary tradition, attracting the participation of tens of thousands of students, residents, and tourists.

Historical relic sites managed by the museum, such as Son La Prison special national relic site, Que Lam ngu che stele monument - Temple of King Le Thai Tong, the 'Uncle Ho with the northwestern ethnic groups' monument and Uncle Ho's Temple, Son La Hydropower Plant reservoir area’s cultural heritage exhibition house, welcomed over 285,000 visitors.
