The event attracted nearly 20 businesses and training institutions as well as close to 800 workers and students from secondary and high schools in the district.

Units, businesses, and training institutions set up 10 booths to introduce recruitment needs, vacancies, and policies for workers. At the job fair, qualified workers signed labour contracts directly with businesses based in Son La, Hai Duong, Hanoi, Hai Phong and Quang Ninh. Some workers who want to find jobs in other countries and territories such as Japan, the Republic of Korea, Taiwan and Canada were interviewed, given advice and guided by businesses in preparing documents and performing procedures for labor export.

In addition, the fair also saw the participation of a number of universities and colleges, which gave students and workers career orientations and helped them register for occupations suitable to their abilities and strengths to have good job opportunities after graduation.
